- Change of mind: For hygiene reasons, opened/used products can’t be returned.
- Faulty or damaged: If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll replace or refund it at no cost.
- How to claim: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and (if possible) a photo.
- Refunds: Processed back to your original payment method.
